Thats the quote from a Tampa Paper. Sounds like they are a bunch of sore losers in Tampa. LOL.

Didn't they win 1 more game than us last year?

This national fabrication of the Jets as a perenial loser and worst team in the league is pretty much the weirdest thing I have ever seen.

Hey Tampa, the only parked car yesterday was Doug Martin.

I know. WTF Tampa was as bad as us last year. The effin media wants us to be laughinstocks of the NFL. And our NY media is the worst. WTF would they say if we beat the pats and the Ginas get waxed by the broncos.

Yeah, it is bizarre. Normally doesn't bother me, I'm used to us being an underdog, but the things I'm reading are uninformed hate

Rooting for the Bucs is like banging a drag queen in a parked car.

Blame ESPN. If I weren't a Jets fan I'd be sick of the coverage. It's overkill. I live in Tucson and I see more Jets (hatchet) reports than anything on the Cardinals. It's becoming an epidemic.

Well that's a pretty stupid thing to say. You have to be pretty damn bad to lose a race to a parked car. It's a bigger insult to the Bucs.

    Exactly what I was thinking.

And they only won 4 the year before. 11 wins over the last 2 seasons says you shut up and don't disparage anyone.

Yeah but they traded for Revis and signed Goldson so I guess there was some stuff for people to be excited about

It's as if the Jets are supposed to lose to make everyone happy.

    It's what's supposed to happen.

Jets aren't allowed to win. They'll be a circus always. Regardless.

This!.....Since 1997 when the Jets made Parcells the coach the organization has been above average in my view......135-122 record during that time with 7 playoff appearances and 3 AFCCG's

Only 3 losing seasons in that time and 2 of them were when our starting QB was hurt either in pre-season or early in the year!......Yes we have not made the SB let alone win one but this perennial loser bull**** is just that!.....Far from the reputation as being one of the worst franchises!

People listen to the hate too much. We are a better team than people give credit for... The Jets defense can be very good and keep us in most games. We don't play a lot of great offenses and even the Patriots offense isn't as stacked as its been in previous years.

That's a pretty good analogy. D and ST's won that game, O was pretty much parked just wait till it gets rolling.

And the want-to-be reporters at the want-to-be big-time papers like my local hack job the New Haven Register picked the Jets 32nd with a comment of "worst team in the NFL again, they're total joke".

That really pissed me off. I'm finishing up my letter to the editor!!!!!!!!!!!

This doesn't bother me one bit... the last thing I want is this team getting respect from the media.

Listening to Mo Wilk yesterday in an interview, it is clear that this team has insulated itself from the negativity and the only people they are working to meet the expectations of are those inside the locker room. Solidarity and a chip on their shoulder. THAT is what you want, regardless of how much talent the team does or doesn't have.
