    Can Jets beat the Titans?

Titans are looking much improved, esp at home.
Must win as the schedule afterwards is brutal.

It's going to be tough, especially on the road. Then I think they lose Monday night in Atlanta.

But then we get Pittsburgh at home, which has suddenly become a much more winnable game then originally perceived.

Funny, I thought I would be the only person concerned about this game. Allot of my fellow jets fans keep saying how this is a must win simply because the titans are a bottom feeder team. I have to disagree. They have played pretty well thus far, esp today against SD. To answer your question, yes we can be them but we CANNOT play another game like we did today. They have a pretty good o-line, a streaky but dangerous qb, CJ, and a randomly pretty good D.

We pretty much own the Titans. Our D will be able to force Locker, who is in a race with Christian Ponder as the 2nd bigges biggest draft bust that year (Gabbert #1), to make a bunch of mistakes. As long as we remain focused and cut down the penalties, I expect a win.

We were in the game last year even with the 5 turnovers. I think we'll win ugly this time.

i'm not worried about locker. so far we've taken care of Freeman, Brady and Manuel, all 3 of which i think are better then locker. as for the run game, we've shut down Martin, Ridley and Spiller, all 3 of which are definitely better then CJ. just gotta contain locker in the run game, limit turnovers and the rest will take care of itself.

Atlanta's overrated. Their defense sucks. Jets can totally beat the Falcons.

Jets are more than able to beat the Titans.

Jets definitely have the ability to be 5-1 by the next Patriots game. Titans, Falcons and Steelers are very beatable.

If the Jets can limit the turnovers and penalties, then I think they are at worst 4-2 by the Patriots game, likely 5-1. But that's a big IF.

As a GA resident, I've been beating this drum for the past few years. So glad I bought these tickets. What originally looked a massacre is now a winnable game.
