You think the Jets should have drafted a replacement after the 1st or 2nd AFCCG?

Freeman appears to be a baby that is disliked by his teammates, coaches and missed meatings. There is zero indication that sanchez was anything but a gamer a good teammate. Completely different situations.

Glennon should really thank Wilson for transferring to Wisconsin. That gave him an extra year as starter.

They both had success early, they both stunk over all and regressed. The team Freeman came to was your average lousy team, the team Sanchez came to was stacked. If Sanchez doesn't get hurt he would probably still have been our starter opening day.

And if the right value met the right draft spot they should have for sure drafted another QB considering our QB depth was a 100 year old Brunell. I'm not going to gloat over another teams QB benching when our own team handled that position so terribly for a number of years.

Awesome - I have Glennon in a 2QB keeper league

Good point. Sanchez is ,and probably always will be great teammate. Unfortunately, he will always be a bad QB.

The NFL is a graveyard for talented college QBs. To make the transition to an NFL caliber QB...is the hardest thing for a collegiate to do.

I think it's going to be pretty rough in TB pretty soon. Wish we somehow had gotten their first round pick along with Richardson, lol.
But we will end up with a very high three from the Revis deal, correct? They could wind up picking first or second or thereabouts.

I really think the problem is Schiano. If he didn't feel Freeman was his guy, he should've said so from the beginning. Seems to me like Schiano never bought into Freeman and didn't back him like he should have. Not every QB turns into Tom Brady on their own, some need support and proper coaching to reach their potential. Freeman could go to AZ next year and under the tutelage of Arians become a more consistent QB. Twice he's thrown for over 22 TD's and is already the TB franchise leader in TD passes with 78 (wow, that's kinda pathetic when you look at it.). So the talent is there. TB will be looking for a new coach next year, and you have to wonder if they will continue to pay Mevis $16 million a year.

Sanchez doesn't look bigger than Stafford.

I had heard that he was treating meetings as optional and prefers strip clubs to the Bucs facility.
