The obsession with Josh Freeman on this forum seems strange to me.

Wow... I thought they'd at least wait till the trade deadline to see if any starters got hurt and someone was willing to give them anything for Freeman.

I bet Darrelle Revis doesn't care. He got his money, so it's all good. Watch AZ pick up Freeman, see if they can salvage him to replace Palmer next year (or maybe this year).

If Geno can't stop turning the ball over I'd bring Josh in for a tryout after he's done with rehab. The theory being any port in a storm.

For the vet minimum maybe. He's just too awful to offer him more.

He's most likely going to the Vikings or possibly the Browns. I'm not sure why we should have any interest, because we're rebuilding. If we pick him up, and he does well, then we have to pay him good money, because any QB that shows even a semblance of being good even in short periods of time are going to get paid (ala Kolb and Flynn). This would then tie major money into an unknown quantity again (similar to what we had with Sanchez) and hamper our rebuilding. And if he does bad, then it's a bad move to begin with. It's a lose-lose situation, unless you think he's an absolute superstar that was being held back.

Has anyone looked at the QBs in the lingerie league? If we can't win it should at least be entertaining.

    Teams where Freeman might land

    Oakland
    Jacksonville
    Minnesota
    Jets

I only list the jets because they might want to acquire him as a back up to geno and cut brady quiin.
