    Even MORE Beantown Cheating?!?

Those scumbags up north can't even play it straight in the World Series

There is no way there wasn't a foreign substance in his glove when looking at the vine video.

Guess you missed the part where it was said: What can't be disputed, however, is that Lester did rub his fingers on that spot throughout the game. But lets be serious. Boston fans could be given video of Lester every inning showing this. Could have every proof known to man and Boston fans would go into total denial.

Right before claiming that it happens a lot, all pitchers do it, all the time. Lester just got caught.

    Thats how it goes, right?

The crime family is concerned primarily with territory and it is quite common for there to be several distinct lines of business (e.g loan sharking, prostitution) within that territory. Obviously the Baseball and Football lines of business appear to be (scum) covered in this case. Poor Aaron Hernandez. In retrospect he never really had a chance.

MLB says inconclusive evidence and where were the Cardinals while this was supposedly going on in plain view?

Krafty is paying off Bud Selig and Mike Matheny too!!

This is what happens in a town (is it really a "city"?) when the franchises, fanbase and media create a culture of total acceptance of cheating.

Complete provincialism lets them think they are above the rules, especially in the Boston sports echo chamber where their stars are more lionized than Mufasa. Those lovable scrappy gritty tough (white) scrapdog grinder mcgruffins ...they can never do any wrong!

It enables a systematic culture of cheating that is SHARED amongst Boston teams. I've never seen teams across leagues all unite in the same type of scrappy gritty dirtdog dishonesty and cheating.

It's been well established that things to grip the ball better are widely used and isn't cheating, and that's even IF he was using something.

Major League Baseball has spoken up about the alleged incident (via Yahoo!'s Tim Brown), saying that, "We cannot draw any conclusions from this video. There were no complaints from the Cardinals and the umpires never detected anything indicating a foreign substance throughout the game."

In addition, Cardinals' general manager John Mozeliak chimed in to say the whole thing is a "non-issue" and that he will not be pursuing action from MLB.
    http://www.stltoday.com/sports/baseb...8614df292.html

Wainwright acknowledges at times using a mix of resin and sunscreen to enhance his grip. Just as significant, the combo applied to his pitching arm helps prevent sweat rolling onto his hand.

"There's a difference in pine tar from oil and grease, things that make the ball sink, cut or do different stuff," he said. "That's different than doctoring a ball. If one of our pitchers gets a scuff on the side of a ball he can do all kinds of things with it. An emery board or something like that is totally different.''
So yeah, it's pretty much a non-issue, funny seeing all you lady's react like this.
