Nobody else picked the offensive coordinator?

    The PRIMARY reason?? Easily Rex.

Changed this teams culture and attitude and did more with less then Mangini ever did with those players. And I say less because they went from Favre to Sanchez. His exotic/blitzing defense worked and confused the hell out of teams and turned Revis into an all pro.

And since 2009, Rex's defense has steadily declined. Those exotic blitzes don't work anymore, and, most of the time, we're left without a pass rush. Not to mention his defense rarely -- if ever -- closes out games in crunch time. Revis would've been an All-Pro with or without Rex.

It was asked from 09-11. And IMO, even though it has declined, Rex and his defense was the main part of success for those years.

We just need to build this offense and things will be fine. Jets finally won't be in cap hell and should be able to sign some solid FAs to actually help this team.
