Peyton Manning GOAT? Let the talk begin.

Peyton wins wherever he goes. how great would it be to have him on your team.

Tom Brady has excuse after excuse why he didnt win... No receivers or TE or Oline or Defense.

IF he wins the SB the conversation takes a strong turn in his direction.

Unfortunately for Peyton he might have to beat arguably the greatest pass D in NFL history to do so. Eli won SBs against below average defenses. It's all relative I guess

The way some of you have adopted Peyton is kinda bizarre. Especially because you can say he spurned the Jets twice. First by electing to stay with Tenn when you guys had the #1 overall and then last year.

It's fine though he's a fantastic QB and any list of all-time QBs who doesn't have him at least in the top 5 is not to be taken seriously. I don't really care how people rank him vs. Brady, it's mostly just funny to see how excited this board is for a guy who has never played for your team.

He is the Goat because he won a game oh wow. Guys bunch fookin idiots. It's about the team and head to head Brady has the better tools as a qb to decide he's better. Use your vision, Manning has never had the arm to touch him.

Brady has never had dominant pass rushers to end games like Freeney and Mathis and never had 2 hall of fame wrs. Brady will end up with never having a hall of famer other than Moss for a few years. This qb vs qb is nonsense. He better win today with the better team.

Tom Brady has been on the bus, but never drove it in a Superbowl winning season.
Peyton if he wins will have done it in the greatest season a Qb has ever had. He also will won with 2 different teams without a good head coach. If he had BB, and was on the NE teams, he'd have won 5-6...

Use your eyes... Manning has a higher football IQ, and better skillset (more accurate, better anticipation and ability to throw to small windows). Neither Qb has an elite arm any more (Mannings arm isn't as good, but good enough)...

Peyton doesn't have to win another game in his career and he would still be the GOAT

Tom Brady is the Goat. Best td - int ratio and he missed the entire 2008 season after coming off 50 tds. Peyton also came in 98 and Brady didn't play the whole 2001 season baseically. He has 3 years on him. The fact he has slightly better stats is meaningless. Tom Brady is rarely down in his career which is because he is an assassin. Peyton is the biggest fluke in nfl history. Btw Reggie Wayne has really missed him.

Lets see Peyton Manning had a support cast of Reggie hall of fame Wayne. Marvin hall of fame Harrison. How about prime Dallas Clark and Stokley. Lets not forget E.James.

People despise Brady but everyone knows who is the best. It's meaningless arguments because people like Peyton Manning's sense of humor more.

    Montana is the greatest ever.

But if Peyton wins the Superbowl this year, then he'll leap Elway as my #2.

The year Manning was out for the season, Reggie Wayne had his first season with under 1,000 yards since 2003. Wayne was fortunate to have Andrew Luck come into the picture,

Brady goes down for the season,Pats go 11-5

Peyton goes down for the season, Colts have 1st pick in the draft

Brady hasn't won a Super Bowl since he started putting up manning like numbers

Brady is a GREAT QB, but Peyton is the best of all time.

Peyton isn't the greatest of all time but he will always be in the conversation. If he wins the Superbowl in 2 weeks and the Manning v. Brady debate is finished though.

If you dont know what happened when he was coming out you could say that he spurned the Jets.

You would be completely wrong and have the story backwards, but you could say it all you want.

Brady didn't look very good today. The only argument that Brady ever had were the SB wins. He hasn't won a SB in 10 years now, and he has the greatest defensive mind of all time coaching his team. You need to be joking to say that Peyton ever had a better team than Brady did. You need know nothing about football. All you have to do is watch the two of them play and it's clear that Peyton is by far the better QB. It's obvious to all, but the most biased fans.

Actaully, he has not looked good at all in several recent playoff/SB performances. Also, it is fair to ask if Tammy's SB wins can directly be attributed to Spygate? While we will never affirmatively know the answer to that question, NE's decade-long and counting drought between championships gives credence to those of us who argue that NE's cheating defined their success, and was the reason they won those tainted SBs.
