LEGO products are awesome. Where were these when I was a kid? They are SO expensive, however.

If the movie sold booze, I'd easily have 2-3 drinks over a 2 hour period. So, what's wrong with bringing a flask and pouring it into my coke? After all, we were seeing The Wolf of Wall Street, not Schindlers List. A lot cheaper too.
There are already theaters in NY that serve alcohol. But agree that you are better off bringing in your own. It's not like it's difficult. But I wouldn't do it when bringing my kid to a movie.

    Apparently JT loves Legos too.

You say the word and I'm quitting my job.

I wonder if you can smoke weed in a Colorado theater? I'm guessing 'Up in Smoke' would be shown every Saturday night at midnight.

Sounds like the smoke rule is the smoke rule... but you can probably vape!

Went last night for the 530pm showing. Not crowded at all. Movie was good. Started slow but picked up nicely and finished strong.

It's running at a 95% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, which is pretty damn good.
My wife has no desire to see it, but my kids do, so that's reason enough for me to get excited about it, just seeing them laugh and have a good time.

My wife won't go, but her friend (and her daughters) wants to go, so I may go with her instead

HaHa. Would she get jealous over something like that? Mine would.

The wife and I took my 6 yr old and our nephew to see it on Saturday. My wife went over early and got tickets for the matinee and we're lucky she did because the theater sold out. When we got there, the line was long and we were able to walk right past everyone. The theater was small and anyone who arrived late had to split up their families and sit wherever seats were available.

The movie itself was pretty good and definitely worth seeing.

Not sure if she's just naive or apathetic over it; maybe a little of both.

So...where's her friend's husband gonna be?

While you have all the kids? I think you should bang the friend in the adult restrooms just in case you need to keep things even.

Wait, what do you plan on doing at the movie? Banging your wife's friend whilst taking the kids to the movies would make you the Hampur Godfather for eternity.

Oh gotcha, you were talking about mildly amusing chatter (that could possibly be construed as flirting in the most liberal sense of the term) for teh 2 minutes you aren't screaming at the kids prior to the movie starting.

    Basically the same thing.

She's divorced; getting remarried later this year.
