Official JI NFL Draft Pick Thread

Here is where you will post your picks. It will be a full 7 rounds. The draft will begin Friday March 21 at 12:00 PM EST. As of now, you will have 3 hours to submit your pick in turn, so if you don't think you will be around when it is your turn to pick, be sure to PM someone your top choices, or else you will be given the Best Player Available according to Walterfootball.com rankings(and that means if you are the Green Bay Packers, and the next BPA is a QB, you will be getting a QB).

Below is the draft picks listed in order. It will be updated after COMP picks are announced, but we can get started ahead of time since there are no COMP picks the first few rounds..

Also, trades are allowed and encouraged just be sure to PM me or RobR for approval and so I can update the draft order accordingly. COMPENSATORY PICKS CANNOT BE TRADED!!

Lastly, please after making your draft selection, PM the next person who is on the clock to alert them to keep things moving swiftly...

If anyone has suggestions to format this better, please PM me. DO NOT post in this thread unless you are drafting.

    Available player list here: http://www.jetsinsider.com/forums/th...yer-taken-list

I understand the frustration but I'm not sure you can bypass a team. I thought they got next BPA according to some website?

it can happen in real life like it did in 03 when the vikings time ran out and a few teams made picks before they did

I know it happens in real life, but if you read the first post in this thread it spells it out the rules. Someone misses their pick and they automatically get the next BPA according to Walter football. We're only 3 picks in and this is already a %$#)*^.

Anyone know who the BPA is according to Walter Football - I would assume it is either Jake Matthews or Greg Robinson. If one of these guys gets mocked to the Browns, Mack goes to the Raiders and we are back in business.

so, should I make a pick for Atlanta or wait to see what is going on with Cleveland?

At this point with how Walterfootball changes their analysis on an almost daily basis, who knows.

If we go by Tonys site Jake Matthews comes off the board and we can move forward with him to the Browns and Mack to the Raiders. It's not my call though.
