    Austin Howard

    One last follow up....

I just read that the Raiders signed Austin Howard to play guard and not right tackle and are hoping/expecting Watson starts at RT.

For what its worth, considering what he got for money

Just further goes to show how inept the Raiders are.

Why the hell would you give a guy $15 million guaranteed to play a position he's NEVER played in his career?

Al Davis mentality... find OTs that can play G & C..... They always wanted to be "Huge" across the line of scrimmage...

let's see when the Raiders draft Greg Robinson at 5. Lt Donald Penn 6'4 340 Lg Greg Robinson6'5 335 c S Wisniewski 6'3 315 RG Austin Howard 6'7 333 Rt Menelik Watson 6'5 310 And Khalif Barnes occasionally as extra Te 6'6 325

I don't care what Defensive line you want to put against that Oline, just be prepared to get pulverized. Matt Schaub could take two naps back there, all the time he would have to throw the football. It's called domination.

Btw - maybe you should talk to Jason(jet fan) at over the cap because just because you throw bogus numbers out there enough time, means they are correct.
Also in Baltimore Austin Howard played guard- so surprising again you don't know what you're talking about there.

Robinson might not even make it past St. Louis at #2.

Donald Penn was f*cking horrible for the last two years in Tampa.

Menelik Watson is still a complete unknown who the Raiders have publicly said they're concerned with.

Austin Howard has never played on the interior in his career.

So basically, you're telling me that 4/5ths of the Raiders OL consists of giant question marks outside of Wisniewski.

So you think it would be a good move to cut Howard in March of 2015? If you did that you basically rented Howard for 8 million dollars this year. How is that a good signing? If you don't cut him he costs 7 million in 2015, which paid him 15 million in only 2 seasons.

Good thing teams never rush faster players like linebackers, safeties, or corners right? Defenses only rush their linemen straight into Olinemen! Stunts and Zone blitzes never get used anymore! They'll be running right into the Wall of Watson all day!!

Grow up man, when you can learn to accept that your team makes mistakes, you can offer constructive criticism and be taken seriously. The fact that you laud every Raiders move as the signing of the next LT is the reason why every one of your posts is mocked.

90210 may be a blind blatant homer...but at least he is a consistent blind blatant homer.

Baltimore? You mean on their practice squad?

This thread was an obvious attempt at summoning raider homer fanboy. "Prepare to get pulverized". Lmao.
