when I see this video where is Coples. Didn't Coples and Wilkerson grow up together? Why did he decide to work with Sheldon? kind of makes you wonder

Maybe he's working out with OLBs since he is one now.

Growing up and into college, there were guys I respected as athletes and teammates but I didn't necessarily want to hang out with them or around them, whether it be working out or otherwise.

Some guys you click with and some you don't (no homo).

    I can understand this.

Wilkerson, Richardson, and Coples are tight.

Ellis and Snacks are NT, so i would say the training with DE don't suit their style. i'm just trying to understand why he would not be in a training/workout session with these guys and especially a trainer coach Dunbar recommends. to me it would make sense. just saying ...

Really. I feel like for you the misery will never end. I'm so sorry.

Coples workout regimen is completely different. hopefully he's shedding some weight and muscle mass, so he can do some things he had trouble doing last year.

that's a good question. No telling where he is really. We don't see him when he's on the field how can we see him when he's not.

Just because you "clicked" with a couple guys in college doesn't make you cheerful...not that there's anything wrong with that.

Yeah he's completely overrated, unless you like pressuring the QB, and setting the edge.

That's with starting a new position with a broken leg so he basically led the team in pressures in only the last 8 games.

He's average at best in those two areas. As far as overall play, people keep putting him in a group with Wilkerson and Richardson, which is an insult to them as players. They're Probowl caliber players, Coples just isn't.
