    One thing is for sure...

Gone are the days of underachievers with questionable toughness and work ethic.

The Jets aren't drafting anymore "finesse" players with Idzik in charge.

Really like this draft. Loaded with physical, hard nosed players who love football.

I'm curiously excited by our 7th round pick.

Just the kind of guy we should be adding late - tough, high achiever who loves football.

Garrett McIntyre has to be worried right now.

I had Reilly pegged to us in the 3rd/4th in a couple of my mocks.

Really surprised he fell this far. I know he'll be 26 at the start of the season and has had some injuries, but I had him on par with Trent Murphy who went in Round 2.

    Great pick

Next to Amaro, my favorite of the draft.

Yeah, I love this pick too. Amazing value, even if he is over-aged and with an injury history. I thought he would go 4th or 5th round at worst, delighted to get him in the 7th.

He has a really good shot to make the team and contribute.

NFLN mentioned how the experts questioned the hawks drafting a few years back but they got the last laugh. This draft was definitely not about drafting the hyped names. When they passed on Dennard, I was like this is different. Dennard may have been one of the most hyped DB's yet they pass. Rex and company may know more than we think...

    LOVE it!

Finally getting those angry players that go full steam.

Been waiting for this for as long as I can remember. It was frustrating watching the Seahawks do exactly what we were supposed to do.

Tired of watching teams like the Seahawks and Niners play so nasty and we don't.

    Those days are over

I feel like over half of our draft picks were team captains as well.

Only suprise was the lack of emphasis on "name" prospect WR's.

With that said, they got everything I asked for in the first four rounds, Saftey, CB, WR, TE. And then some.

And should have imporved the depth and talent of the team overall.

Can't be sure a one of them will work out (you never can), but on-paper, I am VERY pleased with this draft, and this draft philosophy.
