    Sweet Potato vs Regular Potato

    Who wins?

Sweet potato fries or regular fries?

    CURLY sweet potato fries?

    Where does it end?

Sweet potato (non-curly) fries. Much better for you although both are still fried.

My wife keeps trying to get my kids to try them.

Wife: "Come on, try them - they taste like candy!"

    Me: "Way to oversell it."

We prefer to think we're all equal. To intimate otherwise is the equivalent of racism in the human community.

Nonono, search for sweet potato vagina.

Oh, and put "safe search" to medium.

Regular Potato 99% of the time, in it's various fried, baked and (rarely) mashed variants, plus brilliant alternative use applications such as Pierogi.

With that said, the occasional baked Sweet Potato with brown suger, butter (and perhaps some well-fried bacon crumbles) can be a blissful change of pace.

You can also mash sweet potatoes. Little butter, brown sugar, half n half, salt, pepper.

I prefer regular potato but do eat sweet taters as well. Sweet potatos certainly don't require as many additions as a regular tater does for me. They also last for an ungodly length of time before spoiling.

That's how you know exactly when something DOESN'T taste like candy.

When Mom comes up to you with a plate of vegetables and that big ass smile on her face saying something like, "Who needs Fun Dip when you can have this specially prepared sweet cauliflower?" That's when you know you're about to eat something that tastes like crap sprinkled with 4 granules of sugar.
