Amazing how Jets fans hate Mark Sanchez meanwhile he's had the most success as the team's qb since Joe Namath. Yeah we needed to move on but why continue to hate the guy?

At least Brian Schittenheimer derailed Pennignton and Favre before wrecking Sanchez.

I don't hate the guy now that he's gone ... but let's not lie about the where/when/how our team was successful in '09 & '10

every year there are teams with those kinds of credentials (eg Detroit, Atlanta, Cincy) yet they don't make it deep into the playoffs or even into the playoffs.

This is Tebows fault! The QB who never played is why the Jets struggled not the starting QB who played almost every snap. The guy standing on the sidelines posing with his muscles was why the Jets were bad and Tannebaum lost his job. Just ask Boomer Esiason.

You must have been one of the legion of sanchize apologists. The guy was never a good qb, he had about 3 good games and road the coat tails of a playoff ready team, was coddled to death by the coaching staff, manangement and a lot of fans and made millions. Screw him, i don't feel the least bit bad about him. He never was close to the qb he was supposed to end up being,

Wah wah. Look up Sanchez's stats in the playoffs in '09 and 2010. He played very well to say the least meanwhile you act like Kelly Clunkers would have gotten us to the AFCG.

How was Sanchez coddled by this coaching staff?Rex wouldn't start the loser dud Tebow? Gimme a break. Rex got killed for doing the opposite last preseason btw.

He's not a good fit for a team that passes the ball. Is he like really good at handing off? I mean If you're going to use a backup to just hand off wouldn't it make sense to use a running QB?

Sanchez is hot garbage. He was when he was here and he always will be. And by the sounds of things, he's as bad right now as he was during TC for the Jets last season. That said, if he keeps this up he'll get cut prior to the season never to be heard from again.

He's just a terrible QB... Every now and then he makes a nice throw but will follow it up with an awful play. It's fitting that Sanchez would pick 6 as his jersey number since the pick 6 was his specialty

Seems like every time either Sanchez or Revis breaks wind there is a thread. Time to move on ladies.

You really think we should have started Sanchez over Tebow? Really? Best college quarterback of all time didn't deserve a shot to start even one game?
