I saw that. One of the great coaches - and I just missed watching his dynasty live by a few years.

Thanks for the history, Chuck. RIP.

Still the only head coach with 4 Super Bowl rings.

One of the greatest coaches in NFL history, and always a class act.

Very sad. Rest in Peace, Coach Noll.

I remember football in the 70's. Unfortunately, the Jets did not have a winning season throughout the decade, and neither did the Giants. It was the era of the Steelers, Raiders, Cowboys and the Dolphins. This is when those teams started their national appeal because they were successful and were on TV often. Chuck Noll is the only HC to win 4 Super Bowls and took a franchise known for losing and made them champions. A great coach and a class act. RIP.

The Steeler drafts from 1970-1974 were fantastic 1974 alone produced 4 HOF players. RIP Chuck

Talk about QB issues....those Steeler teams had enough of Bradshaw a few times, but learned to win with him. Great defense and an extremely strong running game. What a patient franchise and great HC.
