    Happy Halloween *****es

    What's on the docket?
I'm getting drunk tonight after I collapse from all the trick or treating with the kiddies.

Working from home, which I now always do on Halloween. I learned the hard way that Halloween is the busiest traffic day of the year (at least in the Boston area) -- I spent the better part of a week in the doghouse after arriving home nearly 2 hours after I was supposed to take the kiddies out. Never again.

My kid is going as Darth Vader.

I guess going to the Dark Side was inevitable once I made him a Jets fan.

What would make the costume scarier is to give him an Idzik mask...

The roads were empty this morning ( I guess they always are at 5am lol) but the parking lot in the office is deserted today.
Usually I take Halloween off or work from home, but the kids dont have any Halloween parades at school anymore.

Most likely blowing out of here a couple of hours and heading out around sundown.

I work from home so no commute, yay! When I worked in an office, Friday mornings always seemed to have the least traffic. Friday afternoons -- that's a different story.

Tonight: Handing out candy to whatever kids come by, then a quiet evening, maybe some ribz for dinner, and watching a movie

Had a few drinks last night, so today is just working and relaxing tonight ... so I can come back to work tomorrow to meet deadlines. Working at home sucks.

    Safe travels!

I won't say "enjoy the game" because, well, ... these ARE the Jets.

But enjoy the experience of watching a game live.

Mrs Big L is takin the boy out with other neighborhood friends, and I get to hand out the candy to thankless brats. Maybe I'll put on my hockey helmet and paint on a black eye and some fake blood around the nose. Answer the door and slash the ToT's.

After browsing reddit and facebook this morning I don't want to see any more damn Halloween costumes or Halloween jokes already.

    blech pitooey

Kids made out as bandits, we hardly had any kids show up at all - we even left the bowl out and came out 2 hours later, still mostly full.

I guess they don't like sausage & peppers?
