We are looking for a venue for the GND contest on Dec 15. I have some places we are considering but wanted to see if I missed any possible choices. We need a great sportsbar with big capacity for people in Manhattan or LI.

    Suggestions?

The Brazen Head, in the Cobble Hill sec of Brooklyn could be just what you're looking for. Also St. Mark's Ale House in the East Village. A bit bigger in capacity than those two is 55 Hudson, formerly The Sporting club.

I second that for The Park Avenue Country Club, even though they've broadcasted Giants radio shows there in the last couple of years. Lots of space and t.v.s
