    does anyone know why jets didnt make a play for rueben brown ithink it would have been a nice fit.

    The JETS are on a youth movement, and Bradway has come out and said that the JETS won't make any plays for Free Agent guards.

    Linemen tend to play a little longer than most other postions. I thought going after Brown would have lessened the need to pursue a OL in the draft. Brown was a proven OG (pro bowler) and I don't think it would have costed us that much. Too late anyways!

    Brown was way overrated and his pro bowl days are way behind him, I'm not that upset the Jets didn't pursue him.

    He said they are happy with the line they have now and will not adjust the line till the draft
