So based on this, Jetlag's prediction of a 12-4 season for the Jets must be money in the bank.

I had GT all the way in a 250 person league. If they won it would have been nice.

GGG - Talking all that crap and you finish behind me.

Damm Louis and Rutherford brackets killed me. I had UCONN winning and meeting Duke in the Final 4. My Necktucky/Pitt final 4 never happened.

I actually got the every team in the final four, including G. Tech beating Okl. State, but I had Duke beating G. Tech instead of UConn.

I had 3 out of 4 in the final four, but had UConn beating Georgia Tech in the final. I was the only person in the pool who called that matchup. I won 2nd place, $83.75.

how did you not win if you had 3 of Final 4 and had UConn over GTech???

I got 2nd place in a 40 person one, and I had UConn winning, but my only other Final 4 team was Duke.

The pool format was f-ed up. Each first round matchup was worth one point. Yet each semifinal was worth 5, and the champ was only worth 7!!! Thus, if you clean up in round 1 you have a better chance of winning. My first two rounds were terrible, as I tried to call too many upsets. I lost by about 5 points to some chick (of course) in first place. After that first weekend, I feel lucky I even got some cash.

Did that chick make her selections on how cute each teams nicknames were?

Or the color of their uniforms?

Your disparaging remarks about our Jets are bad enough, but now you're saying women know nothing about sports????

p.s.: If it were about being cute, I would have had UCONN. Emeka Okafor is a hottie!!!

    I was in "roll-over" pool.

    16 people, $100 each.

Each person gets four teams, one per bracket, randomly chosen. Spread counts, if your team loses, but covers, you take over that person's team, hence the "roll-over" part.

Had OK ST in the final 4, needed that lay-up to miss and force OT for a shot at covering...Somebody else got MY $1600!!!
