if the nets get to the finals again, they'll really be closing in on our friends in buffalo for futility, won't they?
As a Jet fan, with the exception of '69 you would have jumped at the opportunity to have your team be as "futile" as Buffalo was.

Dont gloat, youre making some of us Knick fans look bad.
The Knicks got swept, no need to rag on the Nets now because they're losing.

although it is a little nice

It's May already, why are Knicks fans even watching basketball?

No doubt Piston are the best defensive squad in sports since the '85 Bears. If the Nets don't figure out how to hold onto the rock and rebound, it'll be a short series. One thing they've gotta do is stop standing around the perimeter. Even though they're outsized, they must occupy the paint.

Where was Kmart (the best forward in the east) did he stay at the continental airlines arena or his scared to play with the Wallace boys.
He scores 36 ... he's great... he has 11 tonight and he's terrible....I'm a Nets fan and he's not the best power forward in the East, but he is in the top 3. Nobody said tonight was a fluke either.... but if you want to put money on the fact that the Nets will score under 60 for the next 3 games, feel free to look silly. [/b][/quote]
Not under 60, but I'll bet thatthere will be another game or 2 where they may not break 75. That Piston defense is awesome. The guards and the "3" can press, and take all the chances they want, with teh Wallace boys covering their back. And they bring big guys like Campbell and Okur off the bench.

Tough group.

The 1995 Devils group was a real solid defensive team. They dominated the sport that year, even though it may not show up in the stats. But these Pistons are really up there.
