Ozzy and a young Iron Maiden with Paul Dianno as there Frontman. Rhandy Rhoads Rocked as always and Iron Maiden was raw and up and coming. I believe it was at the Palladium NYC. This was one of many shows in the early eighties that rocked, or at least in the top ten.... ;)
1. Woodstock 2 No hate or fires, just lots of love and mud.
2 Lolapalooza 3 Fishbone, Alice in Chains, Primus, Rage Against the Machine................Bonus = Tool on the Side stage!!
3. Lolapalooza 2 Ministry, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ice-T had a back stage pass Ala the Aids Awareness wheel. $2 and a spin won a 1 in 300-something shot at the pass
Have not been to a show in a while. I feel old, like I might get hurt now.
Soundgarden opening for Neil Young at Jones Beach, back in 96/97 i think. Great show! Pouring rain when SoundGarden was on, they ripped the place up, then they went off, they sky cleared, and Neil came on...beautiful!

i've seen most of the shows/bands listed above, couldn't hold a candle to jane's live. pearl jam 2 days in the mud @ randall's island is a close 2nd, ozzy w/ metallica in '84(?) was right up there too, as was lollapalooza 3 (saw it at waterloo village in nj, great venue).

Old and in The Way, 2001.... Jerry Garcia's old bluegrass band.
Peter Rowan, Vassar Clements, David Grisman absolutely lit the stage on fire. Had the place rocking like i've never seen. Great show.
That's good stuff bro. I saw Dave Grisman up in Big Boulder PA coupole years back.
The best concert I've been to would have to be String Cheese Incident at MSG, NY. Sold out show and an awesome setlist.
