Not looking forward to seeing Vinny on the ground, clutching his Achilles.

Yep, it was definately the Patriots. I watched the game. Willie was chasing after him and he tore it while he was trying to run away if I remember correctly.

Actually, Curtis fumbled, and Vinny made a move to jump on it and just crumbled to the ground.

    Goodbye, 1999.

But i do miss Brian Cox.

That's right, wasn't it a deep fumble or something? I seem to recall Vinny running way back before falling down. It was ugly though.

Now they're following that game up with Jets/49ers '98. It's nice to see the Jets featured, but how about game we win? I know it's happened once or twice. ;)

Maybe they're doing a Jets-Heartbreak marathon; to be followed by "The Spike" and '97 season finale against Detroit.

He toe his achilles aginst the Pats in '99, he had the pinched nerve which forced him to leave the Pitt game in 2000.

That's Stadium got dead silent when that happened as everyone realized our SB dreams were torn w/ that achilles.

I'm glad I turned it on after that happened. I don't like to relive those types of moments whatsoever.
