Not only that you were allowed to Marry your Horse or Favorite
Sheep!! It gave the Phrase F-Ewe a whole new Meaning!! I had
my first experience at 14..I thought then and still do think that's
a OK age..Kids are gonna do what there gonna do..You can't
regulate it IMHO! I could never understand why if a Male was
21 and the Girl was 16 it was statutory Rape but if the Boy was
16 it was OK..The same act took place and was agreed to was
it not? Of course as a Conservative I'm also for legalizing Drugs
and Prostitution so what do I know?? If you wait for people to
think clearly until their older to have Sex, Bit would still be a Virgin!!

Most of you libs didn't seem to have a problem when the NJ Supreme Court ruled that Lautenberg could replace Torricelli as a Senate candidate a few years ago. Torricelli was under investigation and could have dropped out months ahead of time. But since he was ahead in the polls he stayed in past the allowable deadline for a replacement candidate. Once he fell behind of course he dropped out and the liberal NJ supreme court changed the rule to allow Lautenberg to run even though the deadline was in place to prevent this exact type of situation. Since the Republican's only hold a slim majority this could have potentially shifed the balace of power in this country. Keep this in the back of your mind the next time you complain about the Supreme Court "stealing" an election.

Do you mean like own a gun?

Or put a nativity scene up in front of Town Hall?

Or play dodge-ball in elementary school?

Or hire the best person for the job based only upon his or her (gasp) qualifications?

Or allow a moment of prayer in schools for those who wish to pray?

Or utter personal opinions about race in public without losing your job?

Or spend your own hard-earned money as you see fit?

Or be proud to be white and say so?

Or be proud to be straight and say so?

Or be allowed to choose better schools for your children?

Or be notified when your minor daughter attempts to get an abortion?

Or put up a sign that says "God Bless America" on public property?

Or have boys youth sports leagues that include only boys?

Or have any type of display featuring the ten commandments at a courthouse?

Or call an alien who is in this country illegally an "illegal alien?"

Or formally recognize high-achievers in schools?

Or eat meat?

Or wear fur?

Bob - did you actually read the decisions of the Supreme Court justices?

Breyer admitted in his dissent that the recount requested by Gore and authorized by the Florida Supreme Court was illegal and unconstitutional, but wanted to allow it simply due to the "highly politicized nature" of the issue. Screw the law, we want Gore! Even O'Connor realized what was happening!

The majority opinion merely struck down that illegal ruling of the Florida Court, and the certified election results, certified using the same laws as in 1996, 1992, 1988 and so on, were used. Bush got more votes in Florida, what can you do?

My reply is that Bush's brother stole the Florida election for him., and the tragic result is that our nation is now hated around the world and bogged down in a hopeless Iraqi quagmire.

And if you don't like Elephant Crap as Art, just don't go. What difference does it make to you what someone else considers art. Personally, I find most Catholic related art to be hidious and completely uncreative (and I am a Catholic). I still wouldn't try to stop anyone from making it.
Hey Mole (aka me so rrrrrradical), the moral degeneration in this country can be attributed directly to you and yours on the left, who for at least the last 40 years have methodically and viciously attacked every moral foundation this country was built upon: religion, family, self accountability, etc. So now we have fags and degenerates within the military, elephant crap as "art," 6-generation welfare families, elementary school textbooks that don't mention George Washington yet devote a chapter to Martin Luther King, abortion as birth control, etc. So that's great. Your crowd expends all its energy to make this a morally bankrupt country, so you can then spout ass-generated diatribes about how this is a morally bankrupt country. Rrrrrrrrradical
great post, Shakin.

The only thing I disagree with is, it shouldn't be George Washington or Martin Luther King Jr. as there is plenty of room in a book for both of them. I know the point that you were making, though. Just because the radical left usurped his legacy and are using it for their morally bankrupt agenda, it doesn't take away from the fact that King was a great American, who truly loved all people, and fought the good fight for all of us. He took that bullett for me, too. He didn't die just so "black people don't have to sit in the back of the bus no more". The water in the well runs a bit deeper than that. He died for a PRINCIPLE, indeed, the very essence of what it means to be an American. I don't think that should ever be taken lightly.

It's funny, I was thinking about MLK Jr and Gandhi today.

I'm certainly not trying to take anything away from either one of them, I think that what they did was a sign of greatness, however, the one variable that always seems to get left out when recognizing their success, is that their adversary were white, Christian, Males.

I don't think King or Gandhi's act would go over to well in a place like Sudan.

Mole, Do you support the theory of a few bad apples spoil the whole bushel?? To say that our Military has no honor is just wrong.
51 responses Hmmm interesting

67......As to Rotten Apple "theory" I can see how those in denial would invoke such an excuse but the reports coming out of the news does not support your "theory". The information being released from the Major Media is very limited and very selective. Reports from foreign sources indicate that upwards of 50 Prisoners were murdered while undergoing investigation. The techniques employed by the US Military GOONS show quite a bit of sophistication and forethought. This morning it was reported that the interrogators at Abu Graib picked up a man and his juvenile son. In order to get the man to talk the MPs hooded both and stripped them naked. Both were led into a cell where their hoods were removed. The boy was so shocked at seeing his father naked that he burst into tears. Last week there was an article in the Independent of London detailing a story of a 16 Year Old Boy who was brought in for interrogation after the MPs worked him over without gaining any satisfaction the MPs picked up his younger sister. Do you know what they did ? They brought her over to a nearby cell where they beat her up mercilessly in a manner to illicit screams and pleas for help which were clearly designed to be easily heard. These guys would do Rudolf Mengle proud !

For those of us on "the Left" there is nothing shocking or new about this crap. The US Military has long taught these techniques to Military Officer Candidates of Latin American Countries. They even have their own school for this in Fort Benning Georgia.

But what's evening more interesting is the way the name of Janice Karpinski has faded from the headlines while Lynnde England and Chuck Graner have vecome household words. Karpinski says she was prohibited from observing the activities of the Interrogation Wing that was under control of the Military Intelligence Squad. Their names are a mystery ! It obvious their identities are being protected while the military currently has 33 open investigations about abuses at Abu Graib.

This is far more than a few rotten apples. This scandal reaches to the top but only a select few at the bottom will be exposed to public investigation.

People...libs and conservatives....why even waste the wear and tear on your fingertips for the piece of sh!t???

Seriously....this clown (WCM) is nothing more than a wannabe-Wahabi who comes here and drops anti-American bombs to get everyone (both GOP/Dem) riled up....so eff him.

Your dollar to my one-hundred says he's a coward that would not think of saying this stuff in public cause anyone he said it to (with a few exceptions like Sec109/bman) would kick the living crap out of him.

Ten-to-one he and outsider hand out at gay bars together:

WCM: Oustider...may I push in your stool?

Outsider: pleeeeze doooo! :D

Ok, sorry to get off topic, but this one confuses me a little.....

Are you mocking Kerry for smoking the Herb? Or for denying he did? Or for admitting he did?

And if you ARE mocking him for smoking Herb, what is the difference between him and George the II, who is an admitted Drunk, Herb smoker and Coke user?

I just want to understand Sav, that's all......no criticism one way or the other, just seeking understanding.

From now on, all WCM posts will be responded to by stating:

"Get your piss bucket, and stand in the corner, FACING the corner, and wait until you are called upon to serve your purpose in life."

I have now made him our official JIMB piss boy. He serves no other purpose, and he is to be addresses as such: PISS BOY.

You misunderstand Sav, I GET that you meant it as a "Flip-Flop" joke. What I don't get is why, of the HUNDREDS of things Kerry has Flipped on over the years, you would choose the one issue that your own condidate has ALSO FLIPPED on in his life.

Trust me Sav, I am well aware that Kerry is a dangerous Flip-Flopper and Poll-Watcher (the reaosn in many cases for his Flops), but a Drug Joke from the Rightwing side just doesn't work when the sitting Republican president is an admitted Drunk and Coke addict who "Found Jesus" and no longer partakes (although his daughters still do, unhindered by Poppa Bush, perhaps a reflection of his position on his own personal use of chemical sunstances).

To answer your last question, I have heard via the media (mainstream TV and Rightwing Radio), some time ago, that Bush was a well-known user of Pot in his college age youth. I do not have a link, or any other proof, so I removed it from my list of his drug addictions above, even though I have no doubt that a Drunk Cokehead would indeed have tried, if not used regularly, the fine and wnjoyable chemical found in Pot.
