I'm so sure the Dolphins won't even make the Super Bowl that I'd put my life savings on it. Not saying that that is a lot.

after careful thinking, I've come to the conclusion that the winner of the superbowl will be the Detroit Lions, who will beat the Chargers by the score of 52 to 49

Detroit will completely dominate the Cowboys, Eagles, Rams, Seahawks and whoever else is thrown in their way, and the Chargers will own the Patriots, Cheifs and Titans :P

As sure as the sun will rise tomorrow the dolphins will at least, at MINIMUM go to the Superbowl this year. I've never felt so confident. NO QUESTION ABOUT IT!!! WOO HOO!!!! I'M GOING TO THE SUPERBOWL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 I think the Arizona Cardinals will win it in 2004 ;)

sheesh what a nutty question this early.

Seriously quite a few teams can get there...including the Jets.

I think KC has a good chance of taking it all this year, they return 21 of 22 starters from last year.
If a team is to unseat the Patriots from the AFC, they are my pick also. Alot of so called experts, have chosen to ignore their hiring of Gunther Cunningham. He had a pretty good D in Tennessee and his first tenure with KC. Some players literally cried when he left and when he returned. If he can cut 30-50 yards and 3-4 points a game off the other teams totals, this team could score 500 points and easily win 14-15 games. They won 13 with a crappy D.

JetLag - One problem with your hangover theory, the Patriots have gone through it before and commented last year during the season how they worked hard during 2002, but teams came in at a higher level every game. In theory, they should be prepared for it. I do not see Belichick bringing in Russell again, but maybe playing a lowlight tape of their 2002 season.

The Cowboys don't even know who's starting at QB and they are going to take it? Parcells hasn't done anything without Belichick the Cowboys are not going anywhere. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even make the playoffs.
Nothing without Belichik?

    That is pure bunk.

He made the playoffs with Quincy Carter at QB. He has changed the culture of four different organizations.

I hate Tuna, but he's a GREAT - GREAT coach, as is BB.
Yes he made the playoffs, but in a very weak division last year, any other division and I doubt they would have been there.

Patriots would be the smart & easy pick.

As for a sleeper team, it's definetly the Jaguars. (Panthers of last year, Patriots of years past, Rams ditto)

    Pats, of course.

I like Minn, Seattle, and Philly in the NFC.

KC, Indy, along with the Pats in the AFC
