I heard an interesting theory today which is backed up something I posted four months ago (3/22/04):

    http://www.jetsinsider.com/forums/index.ph...f=7&t=19387&hl=

And I quote from the story:
Earlier this week, two former FAA agents said the Democratic presidential hopeful failed to take effective action after they gave him a prophetic warning that his home airport was vulnerable to multiple hijackings.

Brian Sullivan, a retired special agent from the Boston area, advised Kerry in a May 7, 2001, letter that Logan was ripe for a "jihad" suicide operation possibly involving "a coordinated attack." He cited serious breaches at Logan security checkpoints exposed by an undercover investigation he and another former agent helped a Boston TV news station conduct.

Could Berger, who was a kerri adviser until he resigned today, be trying to get rid of this evidence??

Don't you get it, yet? He's a Clintonista, and Clintonista's are above the law. They can do whatever they want. By golly, they have appointed themselves to do whatever is necassary to bring down the Republicans. Lie, cheat, steal... heck, it's all good. They have to do this, don't you understand? The American people are too stupid to keep republicans out of public office by voting for the good guys- the democrats. The Clintonista have to do what they have to do. The constitution and the electoral votes process has been malfunctioning, lateley. Their must be something wrong with the system, right? It can't possibly be their might be something wrong with their ideology? No way. It's Fox News. Fox news brainwashed everybody, that's it! Every time we vote a republican into office, the Clintonista's will save us from ourselves, by any means necassary.

If jaming documents is "inadvertent", thta would tend to mean Berger didn't see this as that big a deal,as if this wasn't a first for him. Clinton securitty brings to minds Craig Livingstone, the immaculate hire, fresh from tossing drunk Georgetwon undergrads out of bars to combing through 900+ FBI files of Republicans, or no White House staffers getting the required clearances until almost 2 years into the Clinton years. And Clinton says he knew all about it and laughed about it. Which begs the question-when did Kerry know his adviser was being investigated and what did he say or do about it? Heck, even liberals are calling Berger the embedded Clintonista in the Kerry camp-

    Simply bizarre, self-inflicted stupidity.

Yup, and you know damn well the leak came from a democrat operative. I wonder why Kerry waited to fire him until after the leak, when he's know about this for two months?

That is a very bizarre yet very real possability. Yet is comes right from the playbook of one Lanny Davis.

I have a couple of questions and I was hoping you guys could fill me in. I wouldn't want to discuss an issue when I was ignorant of the facts:

How does anyone know he stuffed the documents "Down his Pants" as has been stated here and on Rush/Laura/Beck/Savage/Liddy? If it was a security Camera, where is the tape (I assume it will eventually be made public if it's in the authorities hands). If it was a witness (archive employee or other researcher), why didn't the witness stop him or at least alert authorities right then and there?? I have heard all day about the "Down the Pants" bit, and the hundreds of associated Clinton/Monica/Cigar/Hillary wears pants too "jokes" (sorry, but most just aren't funny, regardless of who they are aimed at).

I also heard today on Rush that the missing Documents had already been viewed by the 9/11 Comission prior to their theft. I also heard that on Laura Ingram earlier this morning. If that is true, then (at least in theory) the Comissions findings may not be any more flawed than they would have been had this not happened, right? Or no??

Why was protocol not followed (I.e. why was he not escorted and monitored and forced to sign for documents he looked at, and his notes and "pants Papers" confiscated, as would have happened with any other visitor?? Is their a security issue at the Archive??? Was someone else involved (Archive Staff)??? Is there more to that section of the event??

When do you think this issue will reach a Court??
