Mawae strained his right knee during practice today and was immediately taken off the field for evaluation and treatment. Both an X-ray and MRI were performed and Jets Insider.com has learned that the x-ray was negative and the MRI revealed no damage. Mawae is listed as probable for Sunday’s game against Dallas. He will skip practice tomorrow to rest the strain but should be ready to go on gameday. Veteran G/C JP Machado is behind Mawae on the Jets depth chart.

LB Jason Glenn (ankle) was upgraded from questionable to probable and DE John Abraham (hamstring) continues to be listed as probable as well.
