The Jets secondary which is already beat up, got more bad news today after finding out they will lose starting FS Jon McGraw for at least 2-4 weeks with a shoulder injury.
The Jets announced today that starting free safety Jon McGraw is expected to miss two-to-four weeks of action due to a right shoulder subluxation.
McGraw, in his second NFL season was injured during the Jets’ 30-3 win over the Buffalo Bills last Sunday. In five games this season, all of which he started, McGraw recorded 21 tackles, including a ten-tackle game at New England in week three, and a pass defensed.
Bad news for a secondary that is already very banged up. CB Donnie Abraham (shoulder) will be out for another 2-3 weeks and CB Jamie Henderson (ankle) is doubtful for this week’s game against Houston. Tyrone Carter and rookie Derek Pagel will see time at FS while McGraw is out.
