Jets starting RB Thomas Jones had to leave practice on Sunday with an apparent injury.
During a drill where Jones was blocking, he appeared to roll his right ankle. After the play was over he hobbled off the field where trainers attended to him and brought him into the locker room. He returned around 20 minutes later with his ankle wrapped and joined the other injured players on the stationary bikes on the side of the practice field.
The severity of the injury is not known but JI will provide any updates as we receive them.
