With a week left before the start of training camp, the Jets locked up two more of their draft picks by signing 4th round pick CB Dwight Lowery (San Jose State) and QB Eric Ainge (Tennessee).
Details of the contracts were not available but it's speculated that each player signed a four year deal.
The team now has only two players left to sign, first round picks LB Vernon Gholston and TE Dustin Keller. The team has only had one holdout over the last decade so it's a pretty good bet that both Gholston and Keller will be done by next week.
The team also announced they have signed OL Kyle DeVan,. DeVan, 6'2"-306 Lbs)was originally signed as an undrafted free agent on May 1 with the Washington Redskins out of Oregon State but was recently released by and signed with NY.
