So I applied for a new Sales job on careerbuilder.com....

....and received an email back from the potential employer directing me to this website to perform an exercise and fax it to them.

Has anyone ever heard of this type of exercise (or test) before?

Here is the link to the exercise: http://www.freetjti.com/tjti.htm

    Feedback is appreciated.

its an analysis to see if your core personality fits a sales rep job. take it, if they pass on you, it might be a nudge into a different career path for you

not me, i've never seen such a thing, that's weird. i'd understand it if you were a secertary or something, but not a sales position.

Few questions...the only directions are to copy the paragraphs twice; once in printing and once in handwriting..so how can you be tripped up with that? I dont understand where the test is...also...what is with the math being wrong..are they trying to find people who will correct the math or NOT correct the math...

i would suspect that you are not supposed to. the directions are to copy the paragraphs, not edit them.
