I don't understand how any one could vote for playing mccarins after how he has performed since he's been here. As far as Martin how can you not start him, he is great.

I think this poll is asking who we think Herm will start, not who we think should start. I think Herm stubbornly plays Vinny, Martin, and McCareins until they are dead.

I actually meant who should start.

I start Bolliner (QB), Houston (RB) and Cotchery (WR). No question at all.

And I ALSO Start Pouha (DT), Miller (CB) & Dressen (TE) as well.

    Vinny sits.
    Martin sits.
    McCareins aplits time with Cotch.
    Reed splits time with Pouha.
    Law sits.
    Jolly sits.

Well if that is the case then I say it is time to start the rookies and backups to evaluate them for next year. That INCLUDES benching Martin regardless of his 1000 yard case. Team before individual.

Cotchery will see the field in place of Wayne. No way we bench Curtis barring a major injury.

Bollinger, Martin, Cotchery. McCairens needs a kick in the *** to make him realize he is playing badly.

Martin plays if only because he can help keep Bollinger from getting killed on blitzes. He has missed some but picks up more than he misses. Bollinger deserves to have a veteran behind him in the backfield with this crappy line.

    McCareins stinks, but he'll play.

If Testaverde starts, Edwards should be fired immediately.

Agreed. If Vinny starts, fire Edwards NOW. Don't even wait until January.

Since Wayne was knocked into retirement and Laverneous needed assistance in getting dressed after the game - i think it's safe to say that Crotchery AND McCairens will BOTH start sunday.

I selected Bollinger since he praised him alot after the game, Martin and Cotchery all because I looked at it the way I felt Herm would choose. My thought process was pretty much the same but I wouldn't consider myself a coach because it's a hard job. Especially the position that Herm is in with his QB postion (just naming one of others), with Brooksy playing one good game (wondering if he can have a repeat performance), a chance of Fiedler coming back soon and there's always Vinny too but I feel that he has to be healthy in order to play a good game.

I would like to see Cotchery in the game so much more. He will see more game time as Chrebet is sadly out. Cotchery also doesnt mind playing the middle of the field and taking a hit. Justin M doesnt seem to play as aggressive as Cotch.

I would also like to see Bolly start along with Martin, but giving Houston around 10-15 carries. Whats to loose. May as well see what these guys can do and give them game action.

If nothing else, we need to make damn sure that Law does not meet any of his playing time incentives, costing us money against next years cap. If there is any chance at all of that happening, i say bench him fer sure.

I like it. Though McCareins is on my sh1t list right now. So sit him too. Like to see Dressen get some reps. That high one he just missed would have been a beuty.
