Bill Bellicheck.......I don't like the Pats and I expect some dope to give me grief because Bellicheck coaches NE but let's face it; three of four Super Bowls in the day and age of salary cap/free agency football??

    That is amazing....

    Haha Bill that's cool.

Hey to me BB is the greatest coach of all time. Not just because he won 3 of 4 with a mediocre team in a watered down league..but because of his excellent defensive jobs with the Giants against the Bills and Broncos. Thos were powerhouse teams and BB had good gameplans to slow those teams down. Also he owned a Colts team that had a QB dman near throw 50 TD's in a season. Cold or not that Colt team was a powerhouse offensively...they could do nothing that day.

Even when he was with the Jets those defense were really good with mediocre players. C'mon Chad Cascadden making big plays??? I think he is the best football mind ever if you figure what he has done over his career (sans Cleveland)

Walsh was an innovator and probably should be seen as being the best innovator of the game. He created an offense that is copied 20+ years later.

No, I watched and figured that he made such an ass out of himself that I didn't need to comment on the video.

My problem with this is that Bill B. was closer to getting fired for the second time then he was Canton prior to Brady. The guys has a losing record prior to Brady and a fantastic record with Brady. I tend to give the majority of the credit to the QB in this instance..

All those coaches mentioned in this thread are great, but what about Paul Brown?
I also always wonder why Weeb Ewbank doesn't get discussed more in the all-time great coaches discussion. He is still the only guy to win championships with two different teams and was the winning coach in perhaps the two most historically significant games ever.

Yeah, definitely have to agree. Three out of four SB's with everything teams have to deal with these days is something special. As much as I hate the Pats, I sure do respect 'em.
