    OT:Font

I think I might have asked this before, but I don't know if I ever came up with an answer....Does anyone know the font the Jets use for the names on the back of their jerseys? Or at least something close?

I don't think they necessarily use computer fonts on the jerseys, but if you want to find a similar look, try this website.

I've always wondered what the Jets font was--not on the uniforms, the font you see all over the website, the one that says "JETS" on the official emblem. Anyone know the name of it or where to get it?

upload a jpeg, and it'll tell you the font. not always accurate, but can be dead on. worth a try...

It was me Josh. You do great work dude, but with all due respect, look at the fonts together, they aren't the same. In the Jets font, each right angle is accented, in this bronco's font it's not the same.

you want a 'slab serif' face, like colege (above), rockwell, lubalin graph, memphis, stymie, etc.

some jersey's use san serif faces like machine or diamond as well... the broncos face is unique.

also check out identifont, it has a more manual, q&a-based system for identifying fonts that can work if dafont doesn't...
