    Head to head betting: so, for instance, Carolina is paying $1.35 for a $1 outlay: if Carolina wins and you put $10 on them, you'll get back $13.50.

    The best way to bet with head to head betting is normally by picking 3 or 4 results, and matching them up to increase your odds, so, for instance, if I put Arizona, the Jets, and Seattle in a multi, you'll get odds of 1.28 x 2.15 x 1.3 = 3.58. Thus if I put $10 on all these three teams winning, I'll get back $35.80.
