Pats vs. Bears (Who do you like?)

I have to admit that I was not impressed with the Bears offense on Sunday so I have to give the edge to the Pats there. They are playing at home and the Pats are on of three teams that have the worst record at home; edge Bears. Defense: Bears are top rated but cant stop the run and I think NE will run the ball all day on them..edge: Pats.

I see the Pats winning this one 17-6

I see a Pats win as well, but I REALLY want to see a Bears victory.

I'd love to see a Bears win.... but I dont see it..... Grossman is playing like crap.... and Brady won't hand them the game like Penny did....

I like the pilot that is drunk at the wheel and crashed a plane onto the field, killing all 22 starters.

In an era of terrorist attacks this is so not the right thing to post on this board !

Sorry, perhaps I need to clarify.

I don't like terrorism. I don't like people dying in plane crashes. I don't wish death on anyone, by any manner (even my ex).

I must've forgotten my funny little animated face at the end of the post so that people without a rational thinking brain would know that I was not serious about a plane crashing into a highly populated area and killing anyone.

My apologies to this board and anyone else that may have been offended by what I typed.

That being said, a mid air collission of the Bears and Pats flight would do the trick......

    Pats 27
    Bears 3

    The O sucks.
Their D let us walk between the 20's in the first half.
Their special teams was supposed to score 14 points agains us - wha happened?

The Bears are not that special.
The Pats are getting a grip and will roll.

I've thought all season that the Patriots were the better team and would win. I'm not changing my pick now.

The Patriots have been up and down all season, so it's hard to know how they'll perform against a good team. That said, the NFC North has been pummelled by the Pats, to the tune of 66-7. Obviously the Bears are an elite team, particularly in that division, but the fact that they struggled against both GB and Minny makes me think N.E. can handle Chicago. We'll see, though. So far, we haven't shown up for too many tough games.

I'll go out on a limb and say the Patriots will respond well to the new Field Turf - they seem to play their best on that surface - and hand the Bears their second loss of the season.

    Patriots 24, Bears 13.

Sounds about dead on in my opinion.

Considering what our lack of a pass rush was able to do against the Patriots Offensive Line. I would not want to be Tom Brady next week against the Bears Pass Rush.

Bears win, Brady will be under constant pressure and make a few mistakes.

Patriots will win by 6-8 points, I wouldn't trust Grossman against many defenses in the NFL.

Then I take away 100 points and give the Pats a FG:

    Mini Ditka 78
    Pats 3
