Lightbulb Worst New York Jets free agent signing?

I was just wondering what everyone that about who would be the biggest free agent "bust" in our franchise history? Someone you thought was going to be really good, and were excited about becoming a Jet and just flat-out sucked? One that comes to mind for me was Matthew Hatchette. He was the WR we signed away from the Vikings..and was awful. Curtis Conway could also be on that list...

    So who do you think??

10 picks were great but the penalties were a little on the rediculous side..i'd say it's a push.

I wanted to be the clever one that gave the correct answer first because Neil O'Donnell is correct my friend.

He had one decent season and took Pitts. to the Superbowl and a month later we signed him to a 5 year 25 million dollar contract, which was a huge contract at the time.

The guy was terrible as was his friend Bubby Brister.

Along with some of the previous mentions, you can add Dexter Carter to that list. Also was Bubby Brister a free agent (or was he a trade?)
