6-5 IS A MEDIOCRE RECORD, we know this team is alot better than that and is surging right now and has a chance at double digit wins, but coming in the Pack had to think they had a chance at home to win or at least keep it close

they were destroyed and it is devastating to them as it should be, not many realize how good our team is yet, give it another destruction of Buffalo and Minny and teh league will recognize far and wide how serious this team is

If that is true, how did the Jets lose to the lowly Browns?

If that is true, then how did NE lose to the lowly Jets?

Not sure but it's easy to see how they beat the lowly pats after NE just managed to eek one out against the even lowlier Lions.

I honestly think the Cleveland loss was a blessing in disguise.

Ever since then we've been very aggressive on defense and it's paying dividends. Before the Browns game, our defense was abysmal. Now we're playing like a Top 10 unit.

Yes... but after getting spanked 31-0 at halftime to call your opponent mediocore is not classisy. I did not see any NY paper have negative comments about the Jaguars when the Jets got spanked by Jacksonville. I expext a headline like that in one of the Boston papers.

I hope EVERYONE, THE LEAGUE, THE MEDIA, ETC., all of 'em, discount the Jets and look right past us!

This is the only thing that mattered in this article:

"Coach Eric Mangini's Jets dominated all facets of the game. "

That loss reminded me of the loss to Chicago in 2002. The infamouse Chrebet leap and fumble. In the long run that loss in Cleveland has helped us a lot...

My guess is a bad call? That game was never lost it was tied.

The same way you almost lost to the Lowly Lions at home.

The same way the Colts lost to the Titans

Chit happens, and if the Refs would have done their Job, we would have probably won that game.

It's the perception of the writer of the article...not Green Bay. In another article, Favre said...he had never seen anything quite like that in his 16 seasons. “That’s tough to swallow,” he said.

We should all e-mail the writer. He has a link in the story. I already wrote him a nice classy letter.

    Man.

If we're so mediocre, and we spanked them SO BADLY for one half of football, then what exactly does that make the Packers?

I read Brett Favre's quote in the paper, made me laugh.

But, in his next breath, Favre appeared in denial, insisting, "I don't think the Jets are that much better than us."
