I know that's a lot of ifs, but we get all three in 2007 we're in.

Just stirring the bucket a bit. If I can convert one ACM idiot that says there's no possible way we can win with Chad, its a worthy cause.

I hate to break it to you, but the only thing this is worth is about 10 pages of internet slap-fight posing.

Nah we'll have a top 3 defense, Chad will take every snap and set the NFL rushing record for a season.

what are you saying chad has been our QB for the last 5 years and WHEN he is healthy he does nothing but lose big games and people like you blame it on everyone but him, but chad is the one who throws INTs in the big games and who cant come from behind and win..i understand he has his games where he looks great but its always against a really bad team..lets face it he just isnt the same QB from 02'

You just pointed out the exact problem.

In order to win with Chad, the Jets need a Top 5 Defense and a Top 5 Rushing Game. Or in other words, a situation so good that just about anybody could run our Offense (Except for maybe Rex Grossman ). The odds of being able to get them both at the same time is extremely slim.

Statisically speaking, the odds are much better of getting a True Franchise QB who can help a team win despite it's flaws, then are the odds that you can get a team so good that it can win despite a QB with flaws, as that only comes around maybe twice a decade.

    Now this is some entertainment!
Can you tell with this thread that I'm bored? Offseason sucks. I'm going to watch Rutgers get beat (hopefully not) by Duke.

Hilarious. That 2000 Ravens D wouldn't be able to talk so much smack when the jets robots hold teams to negative yards for the whole season.

There is no excuse for Penny if he doesn't put up a pro-bowl caliber season. The pieces are there, two solid WR's, and a good running game.

I respect that you say "Pro-bowl caliber".

No matter how much Penny lights it up, no one will EVER vote for him as the starter in Hawaii
