    The Roster of Proto-types

Which players in the NFL do you think has the proto-type size for their position?

    for me:

    QB - Phillip River 6'5" 228
    HB - Thomas Jones 5'10 220 (cut like a mf'er)
    WR - Terrell Owens 6'3 224
    TE - Jeremy Shockey 6'5 251
    DE - John Abraham 6'4 256
    NT - Jamall Williams 6'3 348
    CB - Champ Bailey 6'0 192
    S - Roy Williams 6'0 229
    MLB - Brian Urlacher 6'4 258
    OLB - Joey Porter 6'3 250

I kind of like our guy Kerry Rhodes as "proto-type size" at 6'3 and 210 for his position.

He's awesome, but as far as looking the part, you have to look at Adrian Peterson coming out now. Monster.

Peterson is a bit tall to be a proto-type

and Juilius Peppers is a freak of nature, you wouldnt be realistic if you think all DE's should be built like him

    My prototype defense......3-4

    DE Richard Seymour 6'6 310
    NT Jamal Williams 6'4 350
    DE Aaron Smith 6'5 300

    OLB Demarcus Ware 6'5 265
    ILB Brian Urlacher 6'4 260
    ILB Bobby Carpenter 6'3 257
    OLB Shawn Merrimen 6'4 270

    CB Champ Bailey(Man)
    CB Terrance Newman (Man)

    FS Kerry Rhodes
    SS Rodney Harrison

The secondary size doesnt matter as much as play. The CB's have to be guys you can leave on an island that play man. Watching Rodney Harrison play, hell always be the guy I want my SS to play like. Tough, Smart, Dirty, and a enforcer--NE plays like two different teams when hes out there.
