Reggie Bush plays in a dome. I'll take Leon.

Based on what I've seen last season, I'd rather have LW on my team. Having said that, Bush probably has more upside based on what we saw in college. LW is a better RB right now.

Are you asking this from the perspective of fantasy football or the 2006 draft?

If its the draft, then I will take (the players we took with the picks we likely would have had to trade away):

    D'Brickashaw
    Mangold
    Kellen Clemens
    Schlegal (Yeah I said it)
    Leon Washington

    Over Reggie Bush, any day.

Oh brother, you certainly can't be serious.

these types of comparisons are somewhat useless. too much of a players performance is dependent upon what the rest of the team does. some players like barry sanders can ad lib and do extremely well. thus far, bush has been a very good player, maybe no worth a no. 2 pick but certainly going to be around for a long time.

I like Leon more. So far Bush hasn't shown me anything special, and Leon was had at a much cheaper price.

Reggie Bush and Leon Washington both played the Packers last year. Bush ran for .8 yards/carry. Washington ran for 5.7 YPC.

    Therefore:

    Washington>>>>>>>>GB D>>>>>>>>>>Bush.

And, by the transitive property, that means:

    Washington>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Bush

    Just accept it

I love Leon Washington but to compare him to Bush is not fair to Leon. I have him termed a poor man's Reggie Bush, which is a lot closer to reality.

You are leagally obligated to put "just accept it" in that post after the use of 4 or more greater than signs.

If we had Reggie Bush right now we could trade him for 3 Leon Washington's, a starting guard, and a nose tackle.

Ask that question at the end of the season and it might make more sense.

LW seems like a better value pick right now, but Bush seems to have the better upside (based on their college careers). However, by season's end if LW is at least comparable to Bush then you could have a legit argument that LW is better. By then based on where Bush was drafted he'll be approaching bust status very quickly.

another thing i've noticed is that teams that play the saints are so afraid of bush, they overcompensate to try to stop him. if the saints can take advantage of that, then that's great, bush is the highest paid decoy around. leon isn't as feared as bush as a breakaway threat yet, but i would imagine that the patriots, at the very least, realize that leon is probably the most capable of pulling off the big play against them, whether it's rushing, receiving or special teams.

Do you watch the games using braille?

Bush accounted for 1,307 yards from scrimmage last year, including 88 receptions and 8 TD's.

Washington had 920 yards and only 4 TD's.

Saying that Washington is better than Bush is the same as saying PennyBoy is a better QB than Brady.

    Ridiculous.
