Smile Raise your glass and toast a JET

This thread is to say something positive about a JET.

Please refrain from disagreeing with another posters toast. There are plenty of other threads for that If you feel the need to post negative stuff, please don't

    ding ding ding ding

I'd like to toast Chris Baker. I rarely see you miss a block or assignment big fella, and I'd love to see the JETS get you the ball more in the redzone

You have reliable hands, and good feet. Here's to you Chris

I'd like to toast our quarterback, captain and offensive leader - Chad Pennington.

Chad - you came back from the depths of being written off as an injury prone has been and we are a success when you are at the helm. Thanks for your dedication and enthusiasm for the team us fans love to root for.

Here's to a good performance tomorrow, and an injury-free remainder of the season for Chad.

    Toast to David Barrett:

You aren't a great all around CB but you kept the game winnable last week with a big pass break up in the 4th. Very often a clutch player.

I'm toasting Kerry Rhodes. I don't like to see ANYone get hurt on the field, but here's to seeing #25 put a crippling hit on Chris Chambers...whether or not he has the ball.

I'd like to toast JMac. Anybody who can make it to the NFL despite having no hands deserves a toast...

You are never talked about, which means you are down your job as LS.

Cheers to you, Darrelle Revis. Sure we were pissed for awhile, but not only did you make up for lost time, you're already the best coverage guy we have.

This is certain the be the first of MANY toasts pointed in your direction.

Here is to you Revis! Not only have you been out best coverage defender but one of our better tacklers!

And to you Vilma, you are in the wrong system and you know it, but you play with heart and full speed in every play. We can always count on you to give it your all.

How about a toast to our receivers cotchery and coles, for being as tough as they are. We can't forget that its largely because of them that we often argue about which of our quarterbacks looks better, rather than which looks worse.

    Cheers to Coles and Cotchery!

I raise this toast to Victor Hobson.
Because I got a customer made #54 jersey with the name Hobson on the back.

and still 3 years later people ask, "Who is Hobson."
