Bears Trade Griese, does that mean...

    ...that Simms might be available?

I don't know what type of condition Simms is in after missing almost two years having had his spleen removed. That said, the Bucs now have enough QBs in their camp to field an intramural basketball squad.

Does this make Chris the odd man out? Before his injury, Simms had them in the playoffs and he threw that perfect post into the end zone only to have Edell Shepherd drop the ball.

I am just thinking that if he came cheap he might add to the QB competition in training camp. Is he better than Marques Tuiasosopo?

i'd rather just draft Josh Johnson in the 4th or 5th...but I bet Gruden will take Chad from us for a high pick since he seems to collect QB's...hey simms and a 3rd for penninngton...any takers?

Gruden loves QB's, and veteran ones at that!! I'd take a shot at Simms. Also isn't our boy Hackett still running the O there?

    Simms stinks, no thanks.

    I'd rather have Luke McCown

    My Bears proposal:

    Pennington and a 5th for a 6th.

Honestly, that's the exact answer I was hoping you would give. That is tremendous.

    Hackett

Retired this off season so I guess the need for jets offensive players in Tampa will trail off.

well, i originally thought about doing it entirely in stick-figure... but then i realized there was no way i'd be able to draw the duck.
