    Bozo - Dead

    So long old friend

Larry Harmon, who turned the character Bozo the Clown into a show business staple that delighted children for more than a half-century, died Thursday of congestive heart failure. He was 83.

His publicist, Jerry Digney, told The Associated Press he died at his home.

I once thought I met Larry Harmon at the opening of a K-mart back in the 1990's but when I went up to Bozo and asked if he was Larry he said no, Larry licenses me and others to portray Bozo. Needless to say I was disappointed. R.I.P Larry.

Ham on Wry with Pickle. Whether it's a sandwich, or a ethereal trifecta, one thing we can agree on is...they won't ever bother us again.

    Amen.

Now that's what I'm talking about. I hated him and Officer Joe Bolton.

    Freaks.

Yeah, but Cpt Kangaroo was really scary.

Larry wasn't the original Bozo, just the most recognized. He went on to liscence the name to other imposters.
