predict the ending to the favre saga

please be as specific as possible, and if you are predicting a trade, state what the packers will get in return, and please predict a date the news is announced. Maybe sooth mails a JI t-shirt to the winner ?

I predict that on Friday August 1st, it will be announced that The Packers have agreed to let Favre come to camp and compete for the starting job

I predict on Saturday August 2nd, it will be announced that The Packers have agreed to trade Favre to the Bucs for a 2nd and 4th Round pick.

I further predict he will hold a tearful press conference 2 weeks later and will once again retire voiding the deal.

The Jets will **** it up somehow. He'll get traded to Tampa Bay and we will learn that massive blunders are no longer reserved for Draft Day.

    Trade.

Pack won't be able to trade favre without some assurance of him going to the new team

Pack don't want him in camp

And they eventually figure out might as well get something for him

Favre will be Traded. If the Packers are serious about moving forward without him they will trade him away.

The Jets will send a 2009 3rd & 5th Round Draft Pick to the Green Bay Packers on August 2nd. The Packers will wait and see if any other team can match the offer. No other team offers anything better than the Jets. Favre accepts the Trade to New York because he has no other choice. The Jets have a monster Press Conference at the Weeb on Monday, August 4th. Chad Pennington is released the next day. Than news breaks on Tuesday: "The Minnesota Vikings sign Chadwick Pennington". Thats how he saga Ends. Best case scenario.

This will be like the movie High Plains Drifter. We sign the gunfighter to protect us and he does....for a while. The ending will not be pretty.

GB will activate Favre and he will be QB2. After the first game holding a clipboard he will re-retire.

Thats the way i want it to end. Im 95% sure its not going to happen. This was obviously the best offseason we ever had. To add Brett Favre would be icing on the cake. It would make the season so much mor interesting.
