Jason423's site. It's great for Cap info as well.

Wow, everyone is coming back next year minus Barton.. Looks like we'll have the opportunity to load up for another superbowl run if Favre decides to play another year

I say resigning Barton is a must if we don't go after free agents such as Dansby or even RAY LEWIS????

Lewis is a great player but he's going to cost big bucks and is at the tail end of his career. He's having a nice season but he's 33.

I agree the Jets should resign Barton. He's having a good year and is one of the leaders of our defense. Shouldn't be more than a 3 year deal though b/c I think that's roughly all he has left.

The only other free agents worth keeping around are Richardson (he's done wonders for TJ and the running game) and Mosley for depth.

    Ray Lewis hates the 3-4

Just signed him to a pretty hefty extension two offseasons ago...

    Lewis can't play the 3-4....

edit: and he's a murderer... I'm not sure if that fits into Mangini's core values.

Yeah, but some guys won't be on the team at that point. I highly doubt Faneca sees all 5 years of his contract. After 3 years, he is very cuttable. If he's still productive at the end of his contract, he'll be extended well before it comes to that. Ditto Jenkins. He'll be 33 or 34 at that point. THere's no telling how productive he'll be, but chances are he will either be retired or on a different contract. With Woody, he only needs to be on the team this year and next. After that, he's cuttable with under a $2m hit. I doubt he sees his 2012 base salary of $5m. If he does, that means he's playing real well.

Brandon Moore has a big roster bonus next year. Good chance he'll be renegotiated after this year. That leaves Gholston, Keller, Revis and Cotch. Hopefully they all are on the team and contributing by then. If so, some or all will be extended prior to that date, leaving only one or two as potential losses.

In 2024 Peyton Manning Jr. is coming out. So I wouldn't mind having a down year in 2023.

I'd like to see Mosley, Barton and Richardson back, with only Mosley getting a long-term deal.

I like Mosley for a reasonable price...

No Barton pls. Either go with someone extremely good against the run or go with someone extremely good against the pass with that linebacker spot.

And one of the Bush girls will likely be running for president against Chelsea Clinton.
