It's not really a suprise, we've known that for months, we just didn't know when. Also, they played in NJ in '06. Remember, we clinched a playoff spot that game?

Yeah, talk about a bad trip. I am so sick and tired of the Oakland trip. It's like they are the Jets fourth divisional opponent. You see them on the schedule EVERY year except that it's always an AWAY game.

We played them 7 times in 5 years (including playoff games), all in Oakland in the early 2000s if I recall correctly. Five straight regular season games there plus 2 playoff games including one back-to-back combo.

i went to the game last year... it was absolutely the worst experience i ever had in a visitor stadium... its also a difficult place to play...

This pisses me off even more than playing at Oakland again. A lot more

I'm sick at the thought of the tone for yet another Jets season being set by whether they win or lose to the Patriots. I've lost count of how many home games in a row we've lost to them. And Mangini is gone so the league doesn't even have that angle to market anymore. They should have just given it a rest. I may not even watch that game on TV. Let alone pay good money to be there.
