Michael Kay actually making sense right now

Not overreacting, not panicking, saying the game was lost by the D, but still recognizing that the unit is super talented and has preformed the previous 4 weeks in row.

Talking about how hot it was there, the positives about the offense, etc.

Rhodes will be on at 3:20 and Rex at 5:00

I'm shocked how Rex completely miscalculated Miami's bag full of sh!t and gimmicks and came into this game without a definite defensive scheme to shut the f'ing cat down. The only explanations that make sense are 1). he made a rookie head coaching mistake in underestimating New Orleans and Miami's capabilities, 2). came into the game without having formulated a specific defensive strategy to address each of those two team's offensive game plans and 3). he seems to have been drunk from drinking our own koolaid in weeks 1, 2 and 3. There's nothing like a few good shots of asskicking followed by humiliation chasers to get that nonsense out of your system. He has until Nov 1 to formulate a defensive plan that beats the cat to sleep.

He's not knocking the unit or the talent but he did kill Rex for his gross mismanagement at the end of the game. Deservedly, imo.

That Giants fan that called could not have said it any better. Jets fans are just ridiculous and need to stop going crazy after a loss. All of a sudden the whole defense has no talent and overrated. The only people who hype this team or overrate them is the fans.

Yeah, but that doesn't have to do with the defense. I'd love to see the record of NFL teams when the offense allows 14 points.

I wouldn't chalk that up to coaching as much as bad execution.
