    Nnamdi Asomugha picks the Jets

Nnamdi Asomugha picks the Jets and Saints as the Superbowl matchup (on ESPN radio).

Main reason: Believes in Rex Ryan.

My note to Nnamdi: GET YOUR ASS TRADED OVER HERE NEXT YEAR

Good to hear OTHER players are buying what Rex is selling.

Gholston? No explanation needed. He's right up that old psycho's alley.

We can sell Gholston to Al Davis based on his measurables (they also run a 4-3, no?) and Clemens is like a mix between Jawalrus Russell and Bruce Gradkowski, so that might work.

I really would do just about anything to get Nnamdi on this team.

I don't think we have 200 million to spend on the CB positions alone.

I almost exploded my brain thinking about Asomugha opposite Revis. Could you imagine? You think they blitz a lot now? Holy cripes.

It's doubtful you'd get more than a wet hanky for Gholston at this point.

    Give up that first?

Anyway, that's just a pipe dream. The point is, people are starting to believe in the Jets.

It will be interesting to see what effect Rex has on free agents next year.

Obviously, most players go for the most money.

But for a time, FA's would flock to NE because they were going to WIN, to go play for BB.

I wonder if maybe we start to get some of those guys.

You can't deny, the players DO like the guy, DO like to play for him.

Maybe some of the players singing his praises...?

Can Woody pay Aso $43m during the uncapped year and them have him play out the remaining 2 for a $1m cap number? That would rule. And obviously it would be a complete pipe dream.

Could you imagine a trade like that???
Holy Whisker-Biscuits we'd have the greatest Defense known to man with him and Revis!
You know he wants to come here!
If Tanny makes that happen he should IMMEDIATELY go to the Hall Of Fame!

When we played the Raiders NFL films had Nnamdi mic'd up. Seemed like a real good guy and trying to be a leader to the younger guys on the team. Even when they were getting their asses kicked he was out there trying to teach the younger guys.

Wow. Class act. Must make him sick having to be involved with the Raiders and the crap Jamracus Russell pulls. Feel bad for the guy.

What a match that would be with Revis!
    It wouldn't be fair!
It's a long shot for sure, but Al Davis is nuts... Who knows what would happen.
Clemens and Gholston.... MAKE IT HAPPEN TANNY!!!!
