Run the rock beat New England!

One of the best and tried methods to beating a great QB is to keep him on the sideline. The way you do that is by running the ball and keeping the clock moving.Brady can't throw for 300 yds if he's blowing kisses to little Bill on the Pats sideline. It's time for Greene and LT to earn that game check and run that ball right down their throats till the Patsies choke on it.

Any team can stop the run when there's no threat of the pass

Our running game will open up the passing attack. Run first is essential. This is a game we can win. If we control the clock, we win this game.

Control the clock is right. Not winning this game if we get dominated in time of possession like last week.

Yes! Pound that rock! We owe BB for what 2007 or 2008 when he came in with Maroney and ran 19 straight times or some mess...

run the ball all day right down their throats

and when the game is out of reach -- Jets up 21 in the fourth quarter -- run an 11 man end sweep directly at the Pattycake sidelines and have nine of the blockers crash into a certain hoodie wearing cheating douche standing there

not so sure on that one. the jets didn't have much of a passing attack last season and jones rushed rushed for over 1400.

Please give LT the ball, he deserves it after what he showed all preseason and the last game, He's still got it! LT is the key to us winning this game...

This is a MYTH. Great teams PASS the ball...the stats that support the myth of "Running to win" is a statistical lie. Great teams Pass, build up leads, then run the ball late to burn clock and secure the win, not the other way around.

The old line "Run to set up the Pass" is garbage.

Great teams can run OR Pass whenever they want, they just execute better than everybody.

Yes we need to be able to throw the ball to win, but we need the running game to set up 3rd and twos to make it easy for Mark, look at how the steelers used to win with Big Ben being a rookie and second year qb, play unreal defense, run the ball to keep Ben out of third and long and hope he could convert the 3rd and 3's 3rd and 2's. Ben used to go 10-17 for 150 yrds and the steelers would win ball games, playigd defense and running the ball, making life very easy for Ben.. The jets are set-up the same exact way.. And by doing that Mark will gain tons of confidence allowing us to then sling the ball down the field...
