He's an amazing player, Tannenbaum, Woody and Rex did a great job of getting him to sign here.

It seems like his mentality is to prove all the doubters wrong every time he touches the ball. My only question is if he'll be able to hold up. But Goddamn he looks fantastic.

He's playing with a real chip on his shoulder! Running very hard and determined! Nice to have a 1-2 punch of him and Greene!

And the offense is going to open up even more when Santonio gets here. Should give LT some more opportunities.

After watching him the past 2 years, I was convinced he was done.

    I was wrong.

The added emotion he's playing with is somthing this offense needs.

agreed. I wonder where all the naysayers are hiding! They all scoffed at the signing. Said he was done! I believe they were wrong!

That's what truly great players do, and LT is one of the all-time greats.

Like Jeff Weaver said, I don't know if LT's body will hold up, but he needed this type of determination to become the great player he is. He's at the end of his career and his skills have diminished, but the fortitude of an all-time great player never fades.

Great job by the front office....but what were the other 30 teams thinking.
    Great pickup.

LT looks really good, but nothing like the old days when he ran like he had a jet pack. He used to have that hop skip burst that looked like he was shot out of a canon.

Anyway, I'm glad that we have him. He's running really hard with a chip on his shoulder.

Is Jeff Weaver a football analyst now? Strange career change.

Over half of this forum did not want him at all and said he was washed up when the Jets were pursuing him.

It will be interesting to see how this aged great holds up over the season. He had those young man's legs today.
